I visited Hakim on Bayfield today and was blown away by my experience. I met Roger Tessier, one of their Opticians, who was able to move up my appointment by an hour when the weather turned nasty to ensure I got home safely and gave me his undivided attention while I went back and forth between frame styles. The prices were excellent and the customer service was top shelf! Go see Roger for yourself if you're in the market for new specs... I bought 4 pair ????????
I had my first visit here recently and it was wonderful. My eye exam was efficient and the customer service is amazing. Roger was very helpful and is passionate about what he does! My glasses were also completed within the same day and I'm really happy with how they turned out. Would definitely recommend.
I have been going to Hakim on Bayfield street ever since I started wearing glasses many years ago. No need to go anywhere else! They have always been super friendly and helpful and always offer a good discount. Highly recommend.
Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable staff. The gentleman helping me in store today was very helpful and knew the types of styles of glasses that compliment my facial structure really well. I would recommend anyone in the area to go here for glasses!
