(February 9, 2021, 4:28 am)I enjoy exploring local businesses and found Lucy a couple of years ago on Groupon. This past year, I saw a hot stone massage I wanted to try.
Her spa room is located at the bottom of a seniors complex. It was sweet seeing a group socializing, gave me a homey feeling. Her room is cozy but clean and well decorated. There was some concerns of sound as the treatment room window is near where the residents gather, but once in session, the sounds were not bothersome.
Overall, it was a great massage! Lucy is very personable and passionate about her work. At certain visits, she appeared tired but happy from having very busy day. She is the sole owner/operator of her business and she charges lower than most for treatments. She remarked once that she wants to make her services accessible to all. Operationally as a business, I cannot comment as to how effective her approach is, but I can say that she is very dedicated to her craft. After seeing all the comments in the 1 of 5 star, I wanted to offer another perspective.
So Lucy... Keep calm, and spa on! :) -

Although the phone wasn't answered when I called, she texted my number back within the hour asking what she can do for me. She went out of her way to fit us into her schedule. The massages were very relaxing and professional. Thank you!

(August 14, 2019, 10:13 pm)Went in for a 60 min hot stone and 30 min scalp massage. I was expecting only a back massage for the hot stones but received a foot leg back arm shoulder neck and face massage! Both the hot stone and scalp massage were amazing! I was so relaxed and I'll definitely be back! Such an amazing service for the price
