My hot tub needed fixing. When I called, the service department was amazing. I love the email updates, paperless payment and scheduling. Matt came out and found the problem (circulation pump), fixed it and was on his way in 45 minutes. He was pleasant and professional. You could tell he knew his stuff! Received an invoice via email and now my tub is working again. In these times, it’s hard to find great service people. This company goes beyond to help you out. I will use them again.

She operated extremely professional and was fun to chat to about my swim spa. The delivery team were awesome - in and out very efficient. The team was very professional, arriving on time with quick installation. Since it was the first time owning a hot tub, I really appreciated the one-on-one spa tutorial and the fact that Stuart was always available for any questions I had regarding the tub and its care.
