Excellent service , it was fast easy and stress free. The gentleman at the counter was professional and easy to talk to, The price was proper and he didn't try to rip me off unlike the other 2 repair shops that gave me a quote of 140.00 for an iPhone 6!! IF YOU HAVE LOST DATA, YOU NEED TO READ THIS REVIEW!!!!! Came here to repair my surface pro & let me tell you, it was shattered to bits & completely destroyed. I thought that I could never retrieve my data, let alone repair my it, because of the condition that my device was in. I had really important content on there that I had to retrieve it. Those were memories that I could never get back. I went everywhere in Barrie & this was the only place I could find that did surface repairs. Not only was Moh professional, he understood the sentiment behind the data that I had lost & he was super empathetic. I was hysterical when I went to his shop & he assured me that he would do whatever he can to get everything back. He tried with all his might and was successful as he managed to retrieve my lost data. I'll never forget the top tier customer service that was provided by him. He didn't treat me like a customer, but rather a friend. That was just the cherry on top & it made my day. Definitely recommend! I ended up buying a pop socket & a phone case as well. Dr. Phones gained a loyal customer forever. 100/10!!!

Replaced screen on iPhone 7+ while we watched in under 30 min. Great price and great work.

I shattered my screen the other day and I called another company in Barrie who was gonna charge me 245.00 and they were gonna take 3 hours. Instead I went to Dr Phones in the mall and the gentlemen there was very helpful the price was 210.00 and had it done within an hour and it's in tip top shape. Saved both time and money with this place if you break your device please come check out Dr Phones theyll actually take care of you with no BS
