She is pleasant and they do good work but $70/hr for a bath?! Do doctors even make $70/hr? *response to your reply: I wasn’t rude and just hang up on you, sorry if you thought that but I was in shock when you said $70/hr when I asked for a bath. Seems you’re charging me for a full groom because that’s what you charged me last time when I did get a full groom which totalled $140, which is still way more than any other groomer I called. I don’t know any other place that charges by the hour and if they do they advise how long it’ll take so customers can get an idea of the cost and not be blind sided… like I said before… you’re very pleasant and did a great job but $70/hr is maybe something you should not lead with if you’re going to come back and tell me $50, you could have said $50 for bath and I still would have tipped you. Lastly, your voicemail strongly emphasizes and mentions a few times “your ratings” on google…if you’re on google and ask many people to rate you or leave a review you should be okay with taking the good with the constructive and not come back to a customer and bring up your ratings to them.

We took our 8 month old St. Berdoodle, who was very matted and is very skittish to Casa Doma yesterday. She was in need of a serious trim. Getting her in the door was a challenge, but soon after she settled down and allowed the experts to do their thing. The end result was a nicely-trimmed up pup who we found cuddling on the couch with none other than one of the groomers, upon our return. We were very happy with the results and the advice to better maintain the fur and keep it mat-free in going forward.

Honestly this was the best grooming experience my girl has had in Barrie. My 9-year-old husky was treated like part of the family. I picked her up and she was so fluffy and soft. Her coat looks so amazing and I can literally see a huge difference from before and after her visit. I am so impressed with Casa Doma and will be recommending them to all of my friends and family. Just picked up my girl from her first time being groomed at Casa Doma. I am so happy with the service. Both of the owners are extremely friendly and kind! I felt much better leaving her here rather than a big box store. She turned out exactly how I had described I wanted her to look. They were very fast and even called to update me halfway though. I would most definitely recommend coming here 😊
