She was thorough in her research of all of the options available to us, and took the time to explain and review them. This was a complicated mortgage for us, but we fully felt that we were in very capable hands. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking alternative first or second mortgage arrangements.

(January 16, 2020, 10:40 pm)Anne was amazing! We went through many hurdles trying to get a mortgage. Being turned down for one reason or another. She has so much patience. Problem solved one issue and then another problem would come along. We had many late night chats, long conversations and brain storming sessions, but finally everything came together. One thing I really like about her is she doesnt give up! I would get turned down and it would be right back to the drawing board. It's not the first time I've used her services, and definitely wont be the last. I look forward to working with her again in the future!

Anne was able to find a lender based on our needs and situation and kept the rate for our new built house for 1 1/2 year. Always available to answer questions through email and phone.
I strongly recommend her to anyone with mortgage needs not only for old houses but also for new built.
