(June 19, 2021, 2:16 am)If I could give Amica Little Lake more stars, I would. They are such a hardworking team and they are always so pleasant. The building is beautiful and they keep it very tidy and clean! The RCPs and nurses are so kind and caring and are looking to build deep connections with the residents! The managers are very involved and know all the residents as well as their likes and dislikes! Concierge is always so welcoming and attentive! Screeners are always pleasant and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and take an interest in not only the residents, but their family members as well! Life Enrichment is always doing new things and helping the residents to have new and exciting experiences everyday! The sales team is incredible! They take time to really get to know you and your loved ones and make you feel at home and make sure it is the right fit for you. When walking through the building you always see managers out interacting with different residents and can always find some activity going on within the building! The servers are so kind and wonderful! They remember the resident's names and even what they like for breakfast each morning or the drinks they enjoy with their dinner!

Amica truly cares about people and takes a resident centered approach to all dimensions of wellness. Proud to be part of such an amazing Team !!!
