(July 19, 2019, 1:57 pm)I really like that I don't have to think about what I want to do. I just go and follow along and get a killer workout. The trainers can also tell when I am phoning it in and they come get me off the Round and kick my butt with a different pad workout

I love that I can show up and jump right into a workout without class times - this works so well for the structure of my life. I love the challenge of the trainers, target heart rate zones and weekly CHOW. And also, the trainers and community are AMAZING!

(January 15, 2019, 8:07 pm)I want to say that this Club on King Street in Barrie is absolutely amazing! The trainers are really motivating and stay on top of each and every member. James, the owner, is great and really caring for his members. In just two short months I have come much closer to my ideal body weight after gaining 70lbs with both pregnancies. The club is super clean, and has great hours to accommodate different schedules. The online program you join as a member is so helpful and keeps you motivated. LOVE THIS PLACE and would recommend it to anyone, no matter what age, shape, or fitness level!!!
