What I like most from the wonderful massages, is how Heidi goes above and beyond to offer tips, advice and knowledge on how to care for your pain points on your own between visits. She really cares about her clients.

I also like that she spends the time to give me suggestions on what I can do to help myself between appointments (especially with working in front of a computer more since COVID-19). I highly recommend Heidi and I am so happy I found her so close to home.
