Eady Home Inspections

We had our inspection with James in June of 2021. Right off the bat he was responsive when we inquired about his services and availability before booking. He was on time for our appointment and got the job done efficiently and thoroughly. He is happy to answer questions before, during and after the inspection. His reports are incredibly well organized, easy to read and include pictures so you know exactly what parts of the house are in good service, need repair or might pose a safety hazard. We received his report the same day as the inspection, which we feel is very quick. We highly recommend Eady Home Inspections!

We were pleasantly surprised when we met James. He was friendly, personable and easy to talk to. He was very thorough and didn't rush through things, making sure everything was checked. We sometimes followed him around and he encouraged us to ask questions, taking the time to make sure we understood everything. James did the inspection on Friday morning and we received his report by noon the next day. The report included a summary of each section checked, then the more detailed report with photos so you knew exactly where and what he was talking about. We would highly recommend James for any home inspection you need. It was a pleasure to have met him.

We had James do a home inspection for us and then a septic inspection a couple of months later. We were super happy with James-he was thorough, detailed, and took time to answer all of our questions. He even took a look at a couple of roofing quotes we had received just to help us out as first time homeowners!
