It took him under an hour to swap batteries and he was incredibly professional to work with. I'll definitely be coming to him first if I need any further tech repair services!

There was an unforeseen complication, Joel took the phone back fixed it at no charge! Super professional. We will deal with him for any other concerns down the road!
