(August 19, 2021, 11:27 pm)The Camp is run by the Ottawa Boys and Girls Club. They have a secluded 3 bedroom 2 full bathroom Log Cabin on Mink Lake that they rent out on AirBnB. It is excellent and private. The proceeds go to the Camp

It was a source my own growth throughout my early impressionable years. It instilled a set of ethics based on equality and sensitivity.
From the leadership skills and team work learned there, I became a lifeguard and then joined the military where I had a very successful career, retiring 3 years ago and have since become a successful Blacksmith.
All of which I attribute to my time spent there at Camp Smitty (formerly known as Camp Minwassin).
