(August 14, 2018, 4:34 pm)Nice quiet place to visit, with a museum and a few buildings to explore. There is a picnic area and a view of the lake. You can also walk among the flowers and herbs in the various garden installations around the park. I do recommend it!

(May 25, 2017, 3:25 am)The museum was closed when were visited but the grounds were interesting to explore nonetheless. Nicely manicured and lots of history to see even if you're just walking about. A friend and I visited as part of our adventure checking out places listed (including this one) in the "150 Unusual Things To See In Ontario" book.
