Had a breakdown many hours away from home. I had already done a road side repair to the transmission lines myself hoping to limp my 4 Runner home when MY repair let go in Barry's Bay. Jim was very friendly and helpful and got me fixed up and on the road again in very short order. Managed to get the rest of my 5 hour drive home without further incident. Great guy.
