After sending me photos of the sled and answering some question he directed me to Ray and Colleen. They were super kind and helpful (unlike Pride Marina where I got the run around with every issue). Absolute fantastic no B.S buying experience! They have earned my future business for sure. Thanks to everyone at Urban Sport.

It was refreshing to see an owner so involved in the day to day operations. Negotiations were fair, respectful and efficient. The machine and accessories were received exactly as discussed. Purchasing during quarantine was a whole new experience and Urban Sport were complete professionals. Urban and his team were great! Can not recommend them enough!
