Their communication was timely and clear, they went above and beyond when we hit a snag with a rule change between our lender and insurance, navigating it and having our backs through it all. All were exceptional to deal with; personable and easy to talk with to sort out the legalities of selling a home. They made the process seamless and stress-free. I will also add a big thank you to Jacqui for, on her own accord, sorting out a slight glitch with the bank.
