Every person I have dealt with at Tutu gallery has been extremely helpful and kind. They have such a quick turnaround time and their customer service is amazing. They are quick to respond to any questions and are always super on top of all our costume orders.
I recently had to do an exchange (which can sometimes be difficult with other costume companies) and they made it easy and fast. They label our costumes with the dancers name and makes it so helpful on a studios end. Each year we've been increasing the number of costumes ordered and every year they impress me even more!
