(February 14, 2022, 12:29 pm)Initial price was a bit high because my car was in our underground parking. But the very polite operator identified what I thought was a starter issue as an electrical malfunction. This was dealt with and the final charge to get back on the road was less than I originally anticipated. So we are happy and would recommend this company and this driver.

(February 10, 2022, 1:58 pm)From the moment I call Tow Truck Stouffville I felt at ease. I was near a warm spot and safe so that may have been part of ot....bit when he arrived just shy of the time given, he was excellent. He helped me into his truck, and even gave me a couple of pointers for the car. He sent me into the mechanic so I would be warm while he positioned the car. He also made sure he took the shortest way to get to the destination. He seemed to be apologetic for the price, but he had given me the basic rate and per km charge before loading the car. The price was fair.

Before I knew it we were hooked up and ready to go. I won't forget the professionalism and quality service and I wouldn't hesitate calling again!

He brought me and my groceries to the service station and ensured I stayed warm (-25 degrees) throughout. I hope to never have to use a tow again but if I do - or if anyone I know - I will absolutely reach out to this company again. THANK YOU!!!
