  Everytime I go into this place it always seems to amaze me . The service guys are top notch. Coming from an automotive background I understand how difficult it can be to please every customer , but when sitting there and watching the atmosphere and the way the service department handles customers is very good . The service consultant should be reconize for what he does. Now while walking through the sales floor was another story . It was great no one hassles you or follows you, like a lion hunting it's prey. Even while waiting for my vehicle the sales department will shoot the breeze with you and welcome you in . Great place great people give them a try you will not be disappointed . Thanks guys .

  My experience at Stouffville Toyota was nothing short of outstanding. My sales associate, Arthur Roberge, was knowledgeable and appreciated my specific needs as a customer. He definitely went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my purchase. Catherine Montgomerie in finances was very personable and thorough in explaining all my options regarding added services and various payment options. She was a pleasure to deal with. I also had minimal dealings with Darrell in Service Department who explained a slight oversight with the vehicle I purchased which caused me an initial inconvenience. However, he was very friendly and took the time to reassure me that I had purchased a reliable used vehicle. I have already spoke to many people, in the community and beyond, about the excellent service I received. Great job, all of you!!!

  Phenomenal dealership!! The Sales Manager George Sairoglou is by far one of the best I've seen in the business. I can personally thank him for being part of my personal career success. George knows the Toyota brand like the back of his hand. He's extremely knowledgeable, and his customer service skills are off the chart. If you're looking to purchase a new or pre-owned Toyota do yourself a favor and go visit George at Stouffville Toyota!

  I am more than pleased with my recent experience at Stouffville Toyota where I recently leased a new Toyota Corolla. Karen White has been my sales representative for this lease and two previous leases and she goes above and beyond what anyone would expect to make sure her customer is satisfied. I would never go anywhere else.

  Very friendly staff in all depts and fairly fast service. Comfortable wait area with good coffee/snacks available.
  Only area of improvement would be in the “complimentary car wash” offered after service on my truck... after the water dried I could see it was not thoroughly cleaned but just lightly sprayed with a pressure washer which left streaks.
  I would however, still return to this location for regular oil changes and service and will speak to them about the wash issue to have it improved????
