(September 2, 2021, 6:09 pm)Easy to make an appointment, everyone was very responsive. I had Darren come to service my leaking snowblower this week. He was friendly & fast, even offered some free advise when I asked for it.
I would highly recommend On Spot Repair, its convenient and affordable. My only complaint is that they are not yet serving the area i will be moving to in the near future! -

He fixed it and tested it and gave me some tips for keeping it in good working order. It's great to have a lawn mower fixed without having to transport it. They do snow blowers too!!! Awesome service, highly recommended. Thank you Owen.

The Service Technician was awesome, he explained everything and all the work was done in their truck, so no mess on my property. The price was as quoted, no surprises and the amount of time was exactly what I was told. For a mobile repair shop, I think their price was more than fair. Workmanship was excellent as my lawnmower runs like brand new. I like that they come to me and I don't have to try and find a way to get my lawnmower to them. Will definitely call them again and will refer them to anyone looking for a mobile mower repair shop.

(August 11, 2021, 12:13 am)My service technician was Owen, who was very friendly and knowledgeable. Initially was skeptical of servicing a lawn mower at my location. However, when Owen arrived he was very pleasant and began diagnosing the lawn mower and referenced the possible causes. This was so more efficient then taking the lawn mower to a shop especially during the pandemic. The issue with the lawn mower required further trouble-shooting then normal. It was with amazing skills and dedication that Owen was able to resolve my lawn mower issue in more than a timely manner. Owen was fantastic on a on all levels providing exceptional service. The lawn mower has been performing fantastic as if it was brand new. I would highly recommend Owen and company to anyone who requires this service !

(July 17, 2021, 12:22 pm)Fantastic experience right from the first contact with Gavin to the service with Darren. They cleaned up my father's 25 year old Honda and made it run like new. Very happy to be able to have the old machine going as they don't make them like this now. Would definitely recommend you call them first! 👌
