Mark was very encouraging and also very honest. He made sure he was upfront with me about all my pros and cons and what I would possibly have to face if I wasn’t able to be approved. He made sure he worked day and night and communicated with me daily to ensure that I would be able to remortgage my home without any difficulties. Thanks again for all your help.
