  Very bad! So disorganized. Bar tender was great. Franchises like this are sometning that really needs training. I myself running a restaurant Management on previous experience. I promise you one thing. The first impressions are the longest lasting expressions and the truth about success or No success. It's so easy to do if it's done right. Your training is not good on employees. I will be glad to invest to help your franchises . I may call head office to show them my opinion for the better success of the franchise.

  LOVE THIS PLACE!! Went with the fam and it was such a wonderful environment. We got our food fast and our server was so friendly. Management even came to check on us. It’s not always so easy going out with 3 kids but Chucks made it so fun. Definitely going back! I would recommend to all and the food is reasonably priced and tastes delicious.

  One of my clients recommended me going to Chucks despite some of the bad reviews, and I must say I don't know where those bad reviews came from! I normally never write reviews but I felt like I needed to. I ordered a Quesadilla while my boyfriend ordered a Petite New York and both meals were perfect! Our server Laura was very attentive to us making sure we had everything we needed. I absolutely love this place and am going to recommend it to all of my clients!

  Went to chucks with my friends for a few drinks ended up with great memories and have become regulars. Our food came out so fast and was cooked very nicely the owners came around and talked with us. Prices are great and the quality is unmatched! Staff a d atmosphere very friendly. Recommended ti all my friends and family!

  I’ve been to multiple locations and this one is by far my favourite. Great service from multiple different people. Food is great for what you pay!
  
  Management is very attentive to customer needs and has stopped by to talk with my wife and I every time we are in whether to check on food or just chat.
