But when I was finally ready, I was so happy I was introduced to Serena and her services. She helped my experience be the most relaxed a needle injection can ever be, and it was such a painless experience.
I’m someone who asks a lot of questions on the process and Serena has the most patience when it comes to her consultation. I had previously gone to a few clinics in Toronto for a consult, and I always felt their focus was to sell me their services, whereas Serena has never tried to push anything.
I’ve now been regularly getting botox injections from Serena and am really pleased with the results and at how quick and painless the process is. I’ve never even had any swelling or bruising afterwards, so I know she has great skills.
I highly recommend Serena who has the right skills, patience, integrity and the ability to give you the results you’re wanting! -

She takes her time to explain each procedure clearly and she’s super gentle and precise with her work. Would recommend her 1000% !!

I was always scared of needles but she was so gentle and professional that I felt confident with her skills. I was so happy with my results and have now been going to her for over a year now. She also placed me on a skincare regimen that actually worked!! I am so pleased with Nurse Zen and have referred her to all my friends and family.

My filler came out great but the most impressive thing was the fact that she provided great service at a reasonable cost. I greatly appreciated the fact that she suggested different cosmetic options to achieve beauty that are affordable for me. Shes awesome!!
