(October 22, 2016, 4:25 am)After suddenly tearing my meniscus and experiencing excruciating pain, I was desperate to regain my independence. As a walker and the need to walk my dog , I was determined to be mobile once more. I was recommended to this practise for remedial physiotherapy and healing.
Lauren Sacks was amazing , her exercises,acupuncture and treatment ensured that after 4 weeks I no longer required pain medication . I am walking approximately 6 kms a day and look forward to a full recovery within the next few weeks. Between treatments I was given an exercise regime and cycling instructions for the gym.
This has been such a relief for me. I highly recommend this practise . Lauren Sacks is caring and very conscientious. Thank you once more!
