The best customer service you can ask for. I found out about the company through a friend and instantly messaged her . When she asked me when I needed it for and explained she was fully booked, but still made it possible to fit me in. When I got my car seat back it looked like I just took it out the box. Definitely would recommend to all my family and friends
I've brought some of my baby gear to Carla to have cleaned. My stroller was covered in mud and grass after a visit to the local fair this fall. It looks brand new. Would highly recommend her to get any of your baby gear cleaned and disinfected.
Carla is amazing. From start to finish it was clear communication and u know exactly what u are getting. Knowing now that my newborn will be in a clean car seat takes one load of stress off my back. And u can clearly see the difference, it's like a new product.
