(January 23, 2021, 11:14 pm)I am compelled to write this review, and I have written very few, because Mr. Rahim Choudhry provided an excellent professional service to us as my wife and I made one of the biggest decisions (like many first-time buyers) of our lives.
With his help, we successfully bought a loft in Liberty Village/Parkdale area and are very satisfied with our decision.
Mr. Choudhry patiently worked with us for months; he was professional, courteous and informative about the area, its demographics, real estate market, and he collected and shared other information with us.
He educated us about the market while patiently absorbing our preferences and suggestions.
Mr. Choudhry is quite informative of the mortgage rules and practices, which is crucial, especially if you are a first-time buyer and he continuously shared his knowledge about mortgages with us.
As we proceeded looking for the ‘perfect place’ together, Mr. Choudhry continued to craft our search in the market according to our preferences, and I think, this is what makes Choudhry unique than other real estate agents we had worked with before.

I purchased my first house one year ago through Mr. Rahim, I must share my experiences with him.
I always take some time to writer my reviews. Its been one year so thought to give me feedback.
Mr.Rahim, been amazing agent throughout my process of purchase. He helped me find the property of my and my family desires/requirement. He stood by my side when I was not sure about the property and give me his honest advice which saved for making wrong decision.
I had few issues after moving in and I called him and he been there for me and solved those issues right away.
At the last but the most important thing. He called few times and make sure we are doing good and enjoying our property.
Based on my experience I highly recommend him.
