RCC Waterproofing Vaughan

I had contracted RCC Waterproofing for sealing the crack on my basement wall. Mauro who first visited to have a look and draw up the contract was courteous and explained clearly the work to be done. When I explained him that I need to get the job done at the earliest, he promised that he would put in the request with his head office. I had to follow up later, but Mauro was responsive and acted quickly. He explained that digging of the ground on the outside if done without the utility (gas, hydro) marked, then the company and myself could face a hefty fine. Finally, within a few weeks of placing the order, the utility gas line marking company came to mark the lines, and the next day RCC sent their people do the work. Jeff who came to do the job along with another person was friendly and professional. They did a good job as per the specifications that Mauro had explained. I am not expecting another leakage through the repaired wall. With lifetime warranty, if the water leaks from there, I can always go back to RCC. Thank you Mauro, Jeff and RCC Waterproofing.

There was a crack on the basement wall and on rainy days water would come in. According to several recommendations, I called RCC and Mauro assesd the issue and gave me all information, an excellent consultation and a reasonable estimate for fixing the issue. Then RCC booked my appointment as soon as possible to repair the wall and crack.
The crew-Jeff and his team came to get job done. They were organized, detail oriented and punctual and did a great job.I am completely satisfied with the service provided. Highly recommended company.

Mauro Lionessa is very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain how the waterproofing system worked and accurately assessed the need for a sump pump versus digging on the outside. He is an excellent representative for RCC and a really nice guy to boot! Noel and his crew were fantastic — very hardworking, fast and efficient. When they completed their work they left the site spotless and you couldn’t even tell they had been there. I would highly recommend these guys and am thoroughly satisfied with the end result.

We had water coming into our basement through a crack in the foundation. We called RCC and Mauro promptly came to assess the problem. Mauro proved to be very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. He was able to quickly assess the problem and he gave us thorough details on how the fix will be done from the outside. He scheduled a crew to do the work and the crew (Jeff) arrived as promised. We were also impressed by the professionalism and the efficiency of the crew.
