Recently completed an order in the earliest days of the COVID pandemic to facilitate work-from-home for my office staff, promptly shipped us the required VoIP phones and also enabled softphone service on one of our PCs. All questions answered promptly.

It is very easy to make changes to my account services without any hidden fees and, the support team is always able to accommodate my wants and needs for changes to my phone system setup. Would highly recommend!

(November 19, 2019, 4:53 pm)I rarely post reviews but am very impressed with OrangePBX. I’ve used their services twice now, most recently for a short-term campaign (VOIP phone services, switch rental etc). I was able to pick-up the hardware within an hour or two after placing the order. At first, the phones wouldn’t work when I set them up in our temporary office (IP Address configuration issue). But once I called to report the problem, the OrangePBX team was right on it, even accessing my system remotely using TeamViewer to diagnose and resolve the issue—after normal office hours no less! Daljit worked his magic and the phones were up and running smoothly from then onwards. Very impressed with their service and will definitely be using OrangePBX again.
