This is an awesome place to pracice yoga. Marco really helps you out and explains the details of each posture. Fun stuff. Truly a hidden gem.

Marco has the Ability to Connect. No matter the size of the yoga class, an instructor who makes everyone feel comfortable. Marco certainly makes me feel like I belong. ...even though i am not a Yogi...YET

I love this place!! I have taken ashtanga yoga and pilates classes here, on and off, for a couple years. There are two main instructors, Marco and Laura I believe, both of whom are super helpful, easy to follow, totally accommodating, and just the sweetest people.

The studio has its own mats and blocks if you can't supply your own, and you should make sure to bring your own water bottle. I don't know how well the website schedules are kept up to date, so if this is your first time visiting, just give them a call first. They have also always provided very good prices for me (I'm a student), so I'll definitely be returning when I move back to the area more permanently.
