(July 7, 2019, 1:01 pm)We were treated very well, before and after the sale. So much so after buying a 2016 5 door, we were back buying a 2019 Clubman for my wife. Love both cars, but really Chris went over and above, taking the stigma of a car salesman right out of the equation. Knowledgeable, helpful, and he really answered all of our questions honestly. I'd recommend Chris and this dealership to any of my family or friends.

My car comes out looking and running like new everytime! As a person who doesn't know much or has basic car knowledge, the staff, especially John will go above and beyond. With every visit, John shares his extensive knowledge and takes the time to explain things detail by detail in a way I can understand. He always provides me with different options that are beneficial for me and for my car and gives me sound advice I can trust. Thank you John and thank you Mini Vaughan West for maintaining such professionalism and for taking exceptional care of my car!

(May 24, 2019, 5:00 pm)I went online to get a quote for Mini floor mats. Ryan Wee answered me with a great quote within a few hours. As the price was good, I ordered them and paid online. Parts pick up was efficient so I have my new mats in less than a week. They look great , were easy to install and service was good too.
