(May 26, 2021, 2:12 am)I have been very impressed with the excellent customer service I received which began with the first phone. Max answered my phone call and took the time to discuss the goals and plans I had for our custom California shutters. Even though we live in London, Max was able to to schedule us in for a quote within a few days and arrived, right on time. He was very courteous and professional and was able to answer all of my questions and took measurements and even priced out our project on the spot. His pricing was quite reasonable and he even offered us more extras and higher quality products than any of the local companies had suggested. Max kept in contact with us during the few weeks that passed while the shutters were being built at the supplier and made sure to keep us posted about the timeframe of the installation date. Along with his talented assistant Kevin, Max was able to stick very closely to the originally scheduled date and completed the entire project within one day (which included 4-5 hours minimum of driving time). We are so happy with the new look that the shutters provide in our home and are completely pleased with the excellent workmanship and quality of the finished product. We would be happy to refer Max Blinds to all of our friends and family. Excellent product and awesome price!! Thanks again Max and Kevin for a fantastic job 😊 Michael O’Kane, London
