Anytime we weren't sure of something or needed clarification Taylor was ready to address our questions. After speaking with him, our minds were always put at ease because we knew Taylor was taking care of us. Purchasing a home along with approving for a mortgage can be an overwhelming process, but Paul's professionalism and expertise in the industry made the work alot easier on my end. Both went above and beyond to answer our questions and concerns throughout the process. They were always readily available, provided great advice and recommendations with their expertise in the business. We ended up with a great rate and smooth closing, despite our last minute changes! We are so grateful we had Dan & Taylor on our side with their industry knowledge!

Paul and his team were able to provide me with the best suited debt product for my needs. Lower than expected interest rate coupled with favorable debt covenants definitely put a smile on my face!
