At Madam Lashes, Alex is knowledgeable, professional and handles your lashes with care. She uses high quality products and provides excellent customer service. She does her best to ease any discomfort or anxiety you might be feeling about getting any new services done. I would definitely recommend her to others. Thanks again! -

I had such an incredible experience from the onset, everything from booking the online appointment to arrival, the service, and especially the high caliber of professionalism and exceptional customer service. I am so happy with my results and highly recommend this place, you will not be disappointed. I am excited to go back for more! Thank you Alex, you truly are amazing!

She is personable and makes the time go by very quickly with her conversations! I have been to many lash extension salons and this is one of my favourite. Fabulous service and style!

She clearly communicates everything to you and is great at answering any questions that you may have! Also, she keeps her studio nice and clean and disinfects everything for each client which I'm very happy with it. Will be coming back to her!
