The process can seem daunting because the product is highly customizable but Glauber answered all of our million questions and knew the system inside out. His installation team (Jonathan, Fernando, Gopal) were true professionals and made the entire project truly enjoyable and we cannot be more happier with the final product.

Both of us were a bit scared with our choice of colour and system even after you generously brought out the display truck to show us both systems

Because the display was smaller, we were confident it was going to work but nervous about the overall appearance of it.

For the record we are thrilled as the colour matched our existing commercial brown on eaves soffit Dacia perfectly

And the big panels establish elegance and a gorgeous array of the glass.

We have enjoyed a Lumon deck surround on our deck for 5 years now. We have both a full glass surround and screens that are both fully retractable and make it the most versatile 3 season deck ever. We love it. The customer service at Lumon is fabulous. Recently we had an issue with the screen coming out of the track (our fault) and one of the doors not opening. Jonathan from Lumon came and not only repaired the 2 issues perfectly, but also gave the whole deck system a "spring clean". This was all completed within an hour and at no charge! We are very happy with the product and the service. Highly recommend!
