My toddler absolutely loves all types of cars, but he has had a particular obsession with Lamborghinis before he could even talk. My husband recently purchased a ride on Lamborghini to surprise him with. Needless to say, my son was beyond excited and thrilled. Anything that makes me little guy happy makes this mama happy. My husband said it was great customer service, he found everyone he spoke to at the store friendly and courteous. Our little guy is still getting the hang of driving it, so we are really happy that it comes with parent controls. It plays music and even came with aux cable to play your own music. Mommy and Daddy’s real car didn’t even come with that LOL. We think it’s a nice touch that door open upwards like real lambo doors. It didn’t take too long for my husband to put together. Which was important because it can be really hard for an excited kid to wait patiently for too long. As former ECE, I loved that it sparked some imaginative play too. He got in and pretended to be on some of our scenic drives we had done recently (like the zoo drive thru that we did). We ended our first exciting night with our son refusing to get out the car, and so he drank his bottle while sitting inside. To which we jokingly said no drinking and driving. With the pandemic we haven’t been able to do much, and although things are starting to open up we are still being cautious and continuing to social distance. This has been really hard for our toddler who just wants to play with his little friends, and so thank you for helping us to brighten up this covid summer. Order a red side x side from Kidsvip. I was surprised how fast it actually came and was exactly what was on the website. There was a piece damaged during shipping so I reached out to them and they got back to me within a day. They resolved the issue and even went the extra mile to add in something special for my daughter. Very pleased with the service.

I was a bit apprehensive shopping for this type of product online. After finding the 24V Buggy, I had a lot of questions, so I started an online chat on their website and quickly had all of my questions answered....off to a good start!

I was particularly impressed when I asked if there was wiggle-room on the shipping fee. I was advised it is the best-rate they could find & offer customers, but also suggested they were open to allow me to make my own shipping/delivery if I had a cheaper alternative.

I was skeptical that the product would arrive in 3-5 days, as suggested. I was wrong and happy to be!

I ran into couple of minor hiccups during assembly, reached out to the gentleman, he took some information (it was a unique issue), and got back to me with the solution within five minutes! I felt it reasonable to give it a day or so (hoping that wouldn't be the case), the gentleman that assisted me acted with the urgency as if the buggy was for his own children. Again, in my opinion, a meaningful demonstration of integrity and a customer-centric approach to business.
