(March 29, 2019, 12:39 am)It’s an ok gym with one of their rude staff at the front desk...... Even though they don’t bother saying hi or bye when they are busy chit-chatting to each others but still most of the staff members are good. The Gym equipment are ok but they are not up to the good-life fitness standard means you are paying more than what u get. They have only one lat-pull machine and most of the time there is waiting line for it.

(March 15, 2019, 8:16 pm)i like to do work out before or after work , good equipment and trainers are good , knowledgeable.But one thing they need to clean the area more good and they should have professional cleaners so it can be disinfected properly . other than that its good place and location is good too .

(December 29, 2018, 12:00 am)I go to multiple locations but this one is my least favourite. Half the ellipticals skip and the workers can’t be bothered to greet anyone who enters or leaves. They’re often too busy hurdled behind the counter talking to one another. Not a friendly vibe.
