I live in Vancouver and package arrived very well packed but due to distance , I guess there were two crystal pieces which arrived broken . But when call was made to their customer care , they ensure to ship them immediately . I would definitely recommend :)

(September 12, 2020, 8:57 pm)Contrary to some reviews, we found the lighting prices pretty competitive. They might be a little bit higher than the small stores i vhecked out earlier, but it is worth it as it is spacious and you can visualize what you want. I also found the staff very helpful. We got the floor model for the first washroom, didn't like it when installed so we took it back. They exchanged it for what we liked and ordered the bulbs with higher lumins for us for no extra charge. I also saw another customer being offered a shade for no extra charge as they broke it while installing yhe light. The owner was very helpful when we were confused about our second washroom. A lot of options were discussed. Although we did not buy the other light from them as the the finish we needed wasn't available in the one we liked, but it really helped us narrow our decision to what kind of light we needed. We will definitely go back when we redo our kitchen next. And BTW, their espresso is really good!

(July 30, 2020, 1:50 pm)My wife and I were in search of a lighting fixture for about 2 weeks all around the city until we found Dolce Lighting. They have tons of up to date designs as well as quick turnaround. Silvio was very helpful in making sure the product was quickly ready for pick up even though it needed to be ordered from the manufacturer as well as customization work for chain and wire length. Great showroom and service! I'm sure the next time we are in need of another fixture or even furniture, we'll be sure to make another visit. Thanks again Silvio!
