(May 20, 2020, 3:11 pm)Generally I have always had a good experience with this company. They deliver the bins on time and will pick up the phone when called. The only complaint I have is that they charge a 120 dollar "cannot deliver" fee. I don't think this is fair, because there was a time when they sent a driver who could not drop the bin in the same spot that their other drivers had done multiple times before. They wanted to charge me 120 dollars for the no-delivery (I would have filed a complaint with VISA) so I instead had them drop it on my lawn. It destroyed my grass.

(November 24, 2016, 8:48 am)Core Mini Bins provided excellent service from start to finish. Booking was easy and there was a prompt confirmation. The removal team came when promised and proceed to remove our junk quickly and efficiently. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.
