Sam did an excellent job last month repairing the drywall on the ceiling of our kitchen and bedroom as there had been water damage from the unit above. His price was reasonable and he finished the job within the time frame that was given. This was for a rental property so he was also especially considerate about working around the tenants schedule which is greatly appreciated for any landlord. The first three pictures are before and the last two pictures are after the repairs.
