I contacted on-line support, and I was shipped the missing bearing that day. More companies should have this type of FAST service when dealing with mis-shipments.

I needed a completely tiny obscure and very specific sized thrust bearing for the clutch in a remote control car and received it in 2 days. For the hobbyist I highly recommend bearings Canada as an end run around backordered parts. You know that bearing that they don't sell separately? Yeah. They have it. I got motor bearings here also.
