Manager hides charges and won’t admit to mistakes. Poor customer service, instead of being transparent about the charges tries to charge for service I didn’t ask for. Instead of admitting error for lack of transparency, I have since been blocked from contact, but still have to pay them. Claiming I’m giving poor reviews for free service but that’s just to deflect the poor service and lack of admission of mistake.
