He is always very helpful and I continue to trust his judgment and knowledge of the product. The overall process of both returning my existing vehicle and getting a new one took less than 5 days. Pauline was informative in her suggestions and worked hard in finding me exactly what I wanted. I told her exactly what I was looking for and she met each and every one of my expectations. She matched me up with the perfect Infiniti and it was love at first sight. The whole process was effortless and smooth, she went above and beyond to meet my expectations and to ensure I was happy with my purchase.
