Walk-In Family Practice & Clinic in Vaughan at Walmart by Jack N

Hours are super convenient - doctors and assistant doctors are very knowledgeable, receptionist there is very pleasant and makes the patient feel welcome and not feel like we are a burden to the clinic as other places make patients feel totally unwelcome.

Clean and looks organized, inside the Walmart so they give you a mobile buzzer which allows you to go shopping if there is a long wait, pharmacy is next door to the clinic inside the Walmart along with all the over the counter medication.

Clinic has a separate entrance to the facility and also from inside the Walmart.

I totally love the convenient of the new hours.

Dr Freedman and his staff are amazing!!! Yeah there is wait but grab a buzzer and go inside Walmart to walk around. Super worth it as the professionalism is guaranteed.

Great experience seeing the Physician's assistant. Only a 10 minute wait. Would recommend this location.

This clinic is conveniently located inside Wal-Mart on Major Mackenzie and City View. Overall, it is a clean, new, fully equipped clinic with PAs, physicians, and 2-3 support staff. Wal-Mart's pharmacy is literally next door. In a nutshell I highly recommend this clinic.

Pros :
-Location
-Hours
-Service (on all levels). For people complaining of long wait times: They offer a pager (like in restaurants) so you can shop/ run errands if you need and also please share where you do not have to wait these days?! If you prebook an apt there's rarely a wait
-Staff is really nice, pleasant, and accommodating. I read some of the review and came back to add this: all the receptionist are extremely nice compared to the experience I've had at other places (including "the Indian one")
-Dr. Friedman! He's the only physician I have seen during all my visits and he is excellent.

Cons
-Some days there are only PAs in clinic, not necessarily a bad thing, but if you're looking to see the physician just check that you're coming on a day/ time they are in
- Sometimes there's a longer wait, oh well.. you're in Ontario and have free healthcare, this comes with that

I won't go to any other clinic after having discovered this place for basically all the reasons noted above, but mainly because of Dr Friedman. This doctor has, by far, the best bedside manner I've come across in the GTA. He's knowledgeable, confident, caring, and will take the time to provide actual care. I feel so comfortable with him and his clinical judgement. I've never felt rushed or that he hasn't fully addressed my concerns. I hope his PAs learn a lot from him - such an outstanding physician. I thank God that he joined this clinic. Please don't leave, if you do, take me with you.

I highly recommend him to all my family / friends and now you review viewers :) if he opens a family practice I'll be the first to join.

Was very pleased to see execeptionally professional physicians and physician assistants at this clinic. They diagnosed my husband and referred for urgent surgical consultation in a very timely manner. No other walk in clinic would have done this so fast and so efficiently. 5 stars from me.

Very clean clinic with professional physicians and assistants. Diagnosed my condition on first visit while other walk in clinics could not answer my symptoms for a long time. Would definitely visit again.
