Sure, Tony is the boss and runs the place, but in the past 10 years of dealing with him, if he happend to be the one picking up the call (which he always does when his staff are busy) he never 'delegated' the request, no matter how simple or how complicated.
Btw, if you call this office during business hours, you are 100% guaranteed to get someone live.
I also don't ever recall Tony and his team to take longer than 30 minutes to turn around my requests, that's getting what I needed done, not "getting back to me".
Keep up the good work Tony and team!

I have worked with Rebecca and Tony on various products and always felt good and informed during each decision. Definitely recommend this agent office for your insurance needs and very convenient for me to answer any of my questions as I just work nearby!
