(March 14, 2019, 1:33 pm)They do a good job and the employees are good. But they are pricey. The main reason I go there is because they do drop ins and it is quick. An oil change becomes 20-30 minutes rather than hours of waiting.

(December 19, 2018, 1:37 am)I had a recent bad experience at this location. I left a negative review and emailed the head office info line.
The district manager reached out to me and apologized for my recent experience. He told me that he has appreciated our business for the last 10+ years and asked how he could make the situation right.
He offered to cover the bill from my mechanic. My mechanic had to purge the air from my coolant system and top the system up. This was my only expectation of Mr Lube to resolve this situation.
He also insisted on a complimentary oil change.
I appreciated the professionalism of this manager. His apology was sincere and accepted.
We will continue to use Mr Lube as our go to for regular maintenance on our vehicles.

(November 5, 2018, 6:02 pm)Service is amazingly good and quick. No appointment needed. Sam is a great guy showing me some rust underneath my car and suggest me a viable way to prevent it. Good price and excellent service. Definitely will come back next time!
