Luis from LSB renovation was referred from one of our friend who had done some work with them. Luis comes up with strong work ethics, knowledgeable, tireless, dedicated and informative. Work we had was a complete make over of our home and Luis didn't disappoint us. Main thing we liked about his commitment and timing. He was able to finish the amount of work he had to do within the time he originally quoted to finish the work.

Whole House Renovation
Luis was involved in 2 very large projects with us. 1) a complete tear down and rebuild and 2) whole house renovation. In both cases Luis's work and reliability were fantastic. The projects were completed in time and on budget.

This is our 2nd project with LSB Renovations. We had renovated the bathrooms in our old home and we knew for sure we were going to work with LSB Renovations on our next project too. We did flooring, painting, kitchen remodelling, extending powder room into a full bathroom in our current home. The quote was reasonable and within our budget. Luis is open to changes and works within our design ideas, while also keeping our budget in mind. Needless to say, he is skilled and hardworking. I would definitely recommend working with him. LSB renovations did my basement including a full bathroom and kitchen and I have never been happier!
