  I am really happy the noticeable improvements since starting to work with Carolyn. I have lost weight and my clothes feel looser. I now have more energy. Through Carolyn's coaching, I am now making better food choices. I really enjoy my meetings with Carolyn - I always leave feeling empowered and motivated.

  Carolyn has helped me immensely with my weight loss goals. So far, I have lost close to 15 lbs. Carolyn takes the time to listen and provide solutions to any challenges I have had. I actually feel better and sleep better. I am never hungry on this new way of eating. I highly recommend Carolyn!

  Thoughtful, kind, wise, flexible. Very knowledgeable!! Able to listen and understand!! Capable advice around health as the priority (then one's weight naturally normalizes)!! I am so glad I went to Freedom Wellness!!

  Since seeing Carolyn I have made some significant changes in my diet, and have lost the weight that I was hoping to. I feel much more energized and alert throughout the day since making these changes. Carolyn is obviously well read and up to date on the subject of nutrition and lifestyle health. I would highly recommend her.
