Staff was incredibly personable and friendly! The rep immediately responded and was going to be able to fit me in that afternoon! He was lovely over the phone, and while I didn't use his service, I will say that I was extremely impressed with his customer relations.
We just got our carpet cleaned and they did a fantastic job! The window of service was 10-1pm, but the technician showed up earlier than that! He did a great job of cleaning up. It almost looks brand new! We are excited to move in to our new home and having C And T Carpet Cleaning & Rug Cleaning cleaning take care of the floors made it that much more pleasant!! We will definitely call upon their services again! Prompt service at a very good price!!!
