  Went there with some feet pain, had it checked out and within a week I got my insoles with the PERFECT fit.

  Kayla was a great help with my new orthotics. She was patient and very thorough with preparing my mold. She followed up with me to make sure they fit well - and even squeezed me in when I had some trouble with the fitting. Even after having my orthotics for a few months, she still has me following up in 6 months. As I'm on my feet all day long, I appreciate this support to ensure my feet are taken care of for life! The last time I had orthotics, I was not provided with any follow up. On top of that, very patient with my dad and his orthotics. I would not hesitate to recommend BioPed Thornhill. Thank you.

  Kayla was great!! She was so patient and understanding of my whole situation from day 1, and my orthotics fit perfectly the first try! They are super comfortable and now I can stand for hours without any sharp pains I previously had before I saw her! Very satisfied with her care and service from all the staff :)

  Kayla was absolutely phenomenal. She fit both myself and my husband with custom orthotics and a foot assessment. Both my husband and I are extremely active and Kayla’s interventions and recommendations made a huge difference for us! We now run miles - pain free!

  I had a very pleasant experience working with pedorothist Kayla. She was extremely knowledgable and was able to clearly identify the problem pertaining to my feet. She not only outlined various treatment options, she was also very patient with me when I asked her a numerous amount of questions regarding my new treatment.
