  Mas was very helpful, polite and considerate! I dropped of my car and within 30 mins, the nail was removed and my tire is permanently fixed! thank you so much! I definitely recommend coming to this location and book an appointment with Mas.

  I just want to take a quick moment to say thank you David and to his staff. I originally got a quote from the dealership that I go to for all my repairs, and David was able to not just price match but beat the price by a few hundred dollars. Which was a big amount of saving for myself. And they did an amazing job on my vehicle, it runs much better then how i brought my car. Thank you so much for the great service and i will definitly bring my car to you next time for any services.

  I have gone to this Active Green & Ross for about two years now and have been very pleased by their level of knowledge and thoroughness. On one occasion, the service shop at a dealership quoted me a bunch of services at the conclusion of a standard oil change. I informed the dealership that the costs were expensive especially since I was only expecting the cost of an oil change. They then quoted me a lower discounted price. I then had the exact same services quoted at this Active Green & Ross and it was cheaper. During the thorough inspection at Active Green & Ross, they also noticed that one of the service quoted by the dealership was absolutely not necessary, bringing the price even lower. They are very thorough and honest at this Active Green & Ross (located at 19 Crestwood Rd, Thornhill, ON) and I have been happy and confident to bring my vehicles to this location.
  
  I seriously recommend getting your snow tires at this location as they provide complimentary tire changes if you buy your snow tires with them.

  I knew it was time to change my winter tires, as they were starting to slip last year in snowy conditions. I previously had on some cheaper tires and I thought they were pretty good. So I called around to get the best price on tires to replace my old winters with some new ones. When I got a hold of David at 19 Crestwood he told me about a few different tire types, Yokohama, Michelin X-Ice, Uniroyal Tiger Paw Ice and Snow but what caught my attention was when he told me about a BRAND NEW BF GOODRICH winter tire. He told me usually they only offer a $50 mail in rebate on BF Goodrich but this tire is a $70 rebate. A great price for a brand new tire fresh from the manufacturing plant and an extra $70 mail in rebate just for buying? I said I would give them a try! The service was extremely fast, I imagine because I went in before the rush they were able to take care of my vehicle within 1.5 hours and I got an oil change and 30 point inspection at the same time! I was super impressed with the service!
  
  2 weeks later and I am extremely happy with the tires so far! I have had them on for a couple of weeks now and they have performed very well in regular conditions and today I finally get to test them out for the first time in some icy road conditions! Thank you David for recommending a great tire! I will be returning to Active Green and Ross!
